A reservation is considered secured when the required payment or deposit shown during booking has been received. Any remaining balance follows the payment instructions provided with the reservation.

Cancellation, reschedule, refund and transfer eligibility depends on the specific terms provided at booking. Contact PR VIP as soon as possible when plans change. Approved changes remain subject to availability.

Trips operate subject to safe weather and marine conditions. Severe weather, high winds, unsafe seas or other operational concerns may require a delay, route change, shortened itinerary, reschedule or cancellation. Normal rain or changing forecasts do not automatically guarantee a refund.

The captain has final authority over the vessel, route, stops, anchoring, departure and continuation of the trip. Guests must follow captain and crew instructions at all times.

Guests should arrive early enough to complete boarding instructions and be ready for the scheduled departure. Late arrival may reduce the available experience time and does not automatically extend the reservation.

The guest count submitted at booking must be accurate. Changes must be approved in advance and remain subject to vessel capacity, package limits and safety requirements.

The person responsible for the reservation may be asked to present a valid government-issued photo ID. Additional identification may be requested when required for a specific activity or service.

When alcoholic beverages are included or permitted, guests must drink responsibly and follow crew instructions. Alcohol service or consumption may be limited when necessary for safety.

Food, beverages, transportation, photography and other inclusions vary by package. Only items specifically listed in the selected package or reservation confirmation are included.

Special decorations or celebration items should be approved in advance. Items that can damage, stain, puncture or create excessive cleanup may be restricted.

The person responsible for the reservation may be held responsible for damage or excessive cleaning caused by members of the group. Repair, replacement or cleaning charges may apply when appropriate.

Illegal activity, fighting, harassment, reckless conduct or refusal to follow safety instructions is not permitted. A trip may be ended when necessary to protect guests, crew, the vessel or comply with applicable requirements.

Jet skis, yachts, luxury cars, Can-Am rentals, stay options and other add-ons are subject to availability, separate pricing and any rules that apply to that specific provider or activity.

Requested destinations such as Palomino or Icacos are subject to operating conditions. The final route and stops may change based on weather, marine traffic, docking restrictions and safety considerations.

The trip begins and ends according to the reservation schedule. Additional time, when available, must be approved and may involve an additional charge.

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during the experience. Bring only what you need and keep valuables secure.

Safety equipment must remain accessible and may not be misused. Guests must follow all instructions related to boarding, movement on the vessel, swimming, snorkeling and other activities.

By completing a reservation, the guest acknowledges the package details, reservation terms and the safety/operational guidelines applicable to the experience.
